I reached out to Glenn on the phone and he was extremely helpful walking me through the process since it was the first time mom needed 24/7 care. Glenn matched up Elizabeth to work with my mom. Within the first hour of meeting with my mom, Elizabeth was able to create an instant relationship and made mom feel comfortable enough to have her move in as her full time caregiver. I was afraid having a full time person living in my mom’s apartment would be a challenge too great to accomplish. Mom had no problem having Elizabeth spend the night and now after a week, she has come to enjoy her companionship and care.
