If a match isn’t perfect, we’ll find the right one and seamlessly transition to the new caregiver. When your 24 hour caregiver takes time off, we’ll inform you about the replacement caregiver, their arrival time and when you regular caregiver will return. The entire team of professionals at 3 Cross Home Care Corp. will work tirelessly to provide exactly what your parent requires to maintain a happy and secure home.
Our Caregivers
Our care specialists offer years of home care experience and supervise our caregivers, who meticulously follow 3 Cross Home Care Corp. policy manual, attend safety training and eight hours of continuing education per year. Our caregivers are primarily mature adults with home care experience. Our Fees
Because we’re an independent home care organization, we;re able to avoid franchise fees and pass those sayings along to our customers. Even thought our caregivers receive holiday pay, per day rates paid by our customers remain the same on weekends and holidays. Our care plan and fee schedules are based on an objective assessment using the same approach that Medicare uses, so the determined rate is unique to each patient.
